Task 1: Scenario This is the scenario of my Organization where I was prevailing as a member of Sales Executive in Meeras export & Co. This was a partnership firm continuing its piece of work from last 20 years consisting of four partners, administration staff, make up and marketing discussion section, three solicitors and fifteen employees. My job was to communicate the Partners and function head them out with appropriate solutions regarding the improvement of various business concern strategies in the field of instruction, human resource, finance and marketing, as well as administration. All kinds of Organisations rely on managers to help chink the work experiences of others are productive and satisfying. Managers must act and speak out in the right ways and must do so even as great changes takes place in the purlieu (Wood et. al. 2006, p. 4). The manager controlled the management division of this organization without whatsoever expre ssion or tonicity standard in place nor either responsibility towards the geological formation. His managerial skills and style was unstructured. The firm uncomplete had any strategic plans nor had any ideas regarding the succession of the business.
